About The BBCA

Established in 2001, the Balzac Business Community Association also known as the BBCA, is comprised of a group of local businesses and individuals who are dedicated to supporting the community, promoting a positive public image of Balzac and fostering strong business and community relationships. Meeting several times throughout the year, the BBCA advocates for commercial growth and development in the Balzac area with local MLAs, Councillors and key members of Rocky View County. The BBCA puts on special events each year to promote the area and its heritage, most famously the Groundhog Day breakfast.

Our Mission

“The Balzac Business Community Association will strive to foster opportunities and improvements for new and existing businesses serving the Balzac area by effectively interacting with local and provinBBCA Logo - Balzac Billycial governments and by actively supporting one another in order to best serve the community in which we manage and operate our businesses.”
